Just spent a wonderful time at Holiday Home Nada in the heart of the city walls. the house is spread over four floors, providing privacy and space for all guests. the bedrooms are well-separated, perfect for families or groups.
Almost perfect, but be aware of the number of stairs, which may be challenging for young children or elderly guests.

The apartment at Holiday Home Nada was beautifully decorated with a charming Old Town style that made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. Despite the stairs, which are expected in Dubrovnik Old Town, I found the layout of the apartment and the assistance from the hosts made it easy for me to navigate around.
I would have loved to see more seating options in the general areas of the hotel, especially for senior people who may need to take frequent breaks.

I chose this hotel for attending a congress, and it provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The self-catering option was perfect for my needs, and the location was convenient with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and bars nearby. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable, and the host was friendly and welcoming. I had a positive experience.
The only service that I missed for my work was the availability of an iron or ironing board. Other than that, everything else was satisfactory.

The location of this holiday home was fantastic, just a few steps away from the heart of the Old Town. It served as a central base for us to explore the region, with good transportation options such as Uber and buses available. The hosts were extremely generous and helpful, providing us with sweets, wine, and cake upon arrival. They even added a microwave to the kitchen after we requested one. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with all the bedrooms having their own air conditioning. The wifi was great, and there were two TVs with HDMI slots, allowing us to plug in our iPad and watch Netflix. we had a fantastic stay here and would highly recommend it.
For us, it was ideal.

The value for money was excellent and the room was lovely with a great view from the balcony. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the heart of the Old Town. The staff were incredibly generous and helpful, providing sweets, wine, and cake, and even adding a microwave when we requested one. They were always accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had.
Menu for breakfast could have been improved with the addition of a coffee maker. It would have been nice to have a relaxing cup of coffee in the room in the mornings, although there was a lovely coffee shop nearby.

The apartment was cozy and had a small balcony where I enjoyed my morning coffee. The fully equipped kitchen was a plus, making it easy to prepare meals. Having 2 bathrooms and a washing machine added convenience to my stay.
Just a personal preference, but I found the balcony to be a bit too small for my liking.
